1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Room rates may change depending on season, demand, and booking date.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 01:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in – Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in – 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows – No refund.
4. House Rules
Smoking inside rooms is strictly not allowed.
Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by management.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Aerostays is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Any damage to property, furniture, or items will be charged to the guest.
5. Guest Conduct & Safety
- All guests must behave respectfully with staff and other guests.
- Management has the right to deny accommodation or ask guests to leave in case of misconduct, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
6. Use of Facilities
Guests are welcome to use property facilities as per guidelines.
Activities like bonfire, café, or guided tours depend on availability and weather conditions.
7. Privacy Policy
- Personal details collected during booking or inquiry will only be used to provide our services.
- All guest information is kept safe and confidential.
8. Amendments
- Aerostays may update or change these terms and conditions anytime. The latest version will always be available on our website.
